The Occasion

A single engagement for a defined moment — a gala, a press appearance, a televised evening, a shoot. Preparation is drawn from your record. On the day, you think about nothing.

Availability is limited within the season.

The Wedding Commission

A wedding is a fourteen‑hour exposure with no retake. The commission covers the full arc: the sitting, the rehearsed look, the day itself, and the hours after midnight when most work fails.

A limited number of commissions are accepted each season.

The Roster

For women whose calendar demands more than occasions. Twelve seats. Priority standing across the season, travel worldwide, and a kept record of every look. Placement is by invitation or application. Applications outnumber seats.

A televised interview. Three cameras, mixed tungsten and LED, no time between segments for a touch-up.

The thinking

Two color temperatures on the same face read as two different women unless the undertone is corrected once, centrally, rather than patched per camera. Shimmer amplifies under LED and reads as shine under tungsten — matte was the only finish that stayed neutral across both.

The correction held across all three cameras. No touch-up was needed between segments.

The thinking

Uncontrolled flash from forty phones behaves nothing like a studio strobe — it blows out warmth and flattens structure. The face was kept deliberately quiet: one point of color, held in a single place, so nothing competed with it under repeated flash.

One color moved through the evening. Everything else stayed exactly where it was placed.
